"Don't ever hesitate to contact the office to answer all of your questions. I called on a Friday afternoon at approximately 4:25 pm. I spoke with Kayla (who's only been there for 2 weeks) who was such a pleasure to talk to. She was extremely knowledgeable to the point that I never would have known she was only there for such a short time. I was then transferred to the Manager, Justine. She was great to talk with and answered all of my questions. There was no rushing tone in the conversation (and at this point is almost 5:00pm, on a Friday) she was fantastic. Both of these women spoke as though they had big smiles on their faces, which I personally appreciate!! You just don't get that type of Customer Service anymore, if you get any type of service at all. Everyone just sounds either privileged or miserable because you are bothering them. And so I felt the need to acknowledge these women. Sandy, you definitely know how to hire a "Great Staff." At least the people I've ever spoken with.
