"I am absolutely appalled with State Farm. After experiencing a home insurance claim that was botched from the beginning, I am still waiting on funds from December of 2023. Everytime you call, you get a different claims agent and your lucky to have the same information provided to you twice. Sandy Cohen reached out only to ask why my family member left his office. To be clear, he didn't ask if I was back in my home. He only asked why he lost clients. Since State Farm cut checks with the incorrect mortgage company, I now have to wait another 3 weeks for payment. State Farm do better. You were not there like a good neighbor. You left and made me cut through your red tape to accomplish what I needed to re-home my family. To your response, we can certainly unpack this on the internet. All Sandy did was refer me to claims. The other individuals in Sandys office were wonderful. To have him bad mouth other agents in the immediate area after finding out clients left his services is extremly unprofessional. State Farm should be embarrassed to have his name on a billboard. If Sandy wants to resolve this, he is well aware of my issue and my phone number. I am not expecting a call since he is incapable of making one."

"Recently spoke to an agent of Sandy cohens office regarding switching my car insurance policy, they provided very clear details regarding every possibility for discounts and took the time to explain confusing policy details. I was given a very satisfying rate which ended up providing me extra coverage compared to my recent policy with a different company and even provided me an additional renters policy while still providing me a lower rate than I previously had. Wonderful service and better coverage than I was provided from alternate companies. Also they are local to the wyomissing area so I can stop at the office on Penn Ave if I ever need to."
